Childcare and Preschool Payment Options
Loving Arms™ Childcare and Preschool offers many alternatives for tuition and fee payments for your convenience. When selecting a payment option, please be aware that Loving Arms™ Childcare and Preschool requires ten (10) business days' notice to change your payment method.
Payment in person should only include cash and money orders
Pay your child(ren)'s tuition online through Tuition Express.
Register to use the online system, if you have not already done so.
Loving Arms™ uses Tuition Express for collecting payments. It is a safe, simple and secure way for you to set up automatic payment of childcare tuition and fees. We encourage you to select the payment method which best suits your family’s needs.
Through Tuition Express, Loving Arms™ accepts the following forms of payment for tuition:
Debit/Credit Cards (Mastercard/Visa)
Online (Check/Debit/Credit Card)
(Registration is required for enrollment in Tuition Express.)
Loving Arms™ Childcare and Preschool is approved through the Kansas Department of Children and Families (DCF), Military Family Subsidy programs through Child Care Aware® and through other back-up care programs for employees. Please visit our discount and subsidy page here for more information.
