At Loving Arms™ Childcare and Preschool, we take the safety of your children seriously. We are commited to providing care in an environment with the latest technology, safety policies, and procedures implemented to insure your child's health and well-being.

Safety Features at Loving Arms™ Childcare and Preschool
Double-Entry Locked Doors
Only authorized individuals will be allowed entry after verification from our Childcare Team or Administrative Staff.
Secure Video and Telephones in Every Classroom
Parents can "check in" on their children via our secure camera system while they are attending full-time at Loving Arms™. Our childcare team has access to telephones while in their classrooms for emergencies and communication with other childcare team members.
Electronic Sign-In and Sign-Out for Parents/Guardians
Our electronic system records the exact time a child is dropped-off or picked-up at/from our childcare center. Signatures are required by the adult who is responsible for your child(ren).
Strict Permission Policy of Authorized Individuals
Only authorized adults are permitted to pick-up your child(ren) from our facility. Restraining Orders and other court documents are strictly enforced.
Emergency Safety Drills Practiced with Children
Our childcare and preschool center's Care Team and children participate in monthly fire drills and routine tornado response practices.
Tornado Shelter On-Site
Loving Arms™ is equipped with a basement and tornado shelter on-site. Our facility is equipped with alternate heating capabilities in case of power outage during cold temperatures. We also have partnerships with area locations for emergencies requiring evacuation of the building.
Annual State Inspections of Loving Arms™ Facility
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment routinely inspects our facility for safety compliance including our outdoor play equipment.
Emergency Safety Training of our Childcare Team
Our Care Team members are required to maintain their child and adult safety training including First Aid, CPR and AED certification.
Childcare Center Safety Compliance Checklist
Loving Arms™ Childcare and Preschool is in compliance of mandatory and volunteer safety recommendations by the State of Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
